Why is it necessary to protect children from blue light?

Are anti-blue light glasses really effective?
There are many scientific journals showing the danger of exposure to blue light. Recent information can be found in the Effects on Human Health and the Environment of systems using LED Expertise Anses, published in 2019 and taken over by the French Ministry of Solidarity and Health.
